1. Keep your work fresh.
If you are succesful, do not just hang with the success. Do try new things to be fresh. Be innovative, think out of the box. Dare to go against the trend. But do remember point number 3.
2. Get the right partners
Create something bigger than any of them could do individually. For example, one person can create a beautiful website. A team of people can market, run contests, events & take photos & get a ton of traffic to the website.
3. Have a well oiled money-making machine in place
Its called the thing that brings in the cash flow. The core team that brings in the cash must have the business system processes in place & integrated as a team. If someone new comes in he/she can quickly learn the business process & carry on as business as usual.
